Our Honest Opinion:
The Nouveau Rihce College is NOT the top quality education as they try to portray. Our honest opinion is that you will get the an overview of topics in real estate, which is not worth spending $16,000. You get mediocre education for the price you pay. Most people come back from the "college" not knowing what to do and where to get started. And when you call the instructors to get some advice, they can't be reached most of times.
We've used some of other services associated with NR, such as their accounting services, conceirge, credit repair and etc. Our experience has been very disappointing. Because all they care about is production and $$$, you become a number in their pipe line, and their work is very sloppy. Plus, their customer service is horrible. Our advice to you: you are better off using local services in your area for your needs in accounting, legal advice, credit repair, etc.
As far as investor concierge, our advice: do not buy these properties. We've met too many people who got screwed on their deals thru invester concierge. They put "loser" properties on there, and you become a sucker for buying one.
Most people in Nouveau Riche who claim success, make their money through marketing Nouveau Riche and recruiting other people. They don't do it through real estate. As matter of fact, most individuals get sucked into marketing, and they forget why they got into the company in the first place, which was for real estate. And people who come out of NR and start doing real estate, do not know what they are doing.
On top of everything else, this company seems to attract bunch of scam artists. We came across too many shady individuals thru NR. These people will lie through their teeth to make money off of you.
Our advice: get started in real estate by joining local real estate investment clubs in your area.
