Two of us took a 3 day seminar at a local hotel which was very educational and a wonderful experience, however after our 30 day free trial of the software we tried to cancel it and 6 months later we are still being billed
$ 39.95 each month. Our last conversation with the customer service dept. again said they would cancel but NO REFUND for past months. They even pulled up the account and saw there was no activity, but only offered another month free.
Dont fall for this as your free month may be viewed as activity and they will tell you that you used their program in that month. Ask for an e-mail as to your cancellation and name and extention of customer service rep. We did read several informative blogs online informing us that once the TMTT group has your credit card # you may see these non- refundable charges keep coming.
Sure glad we didn't sign up for anything else! Suggestion if dealing with them. use a credit card you have nothing on and be prepared to cancel the card should you cancel their services.
Wish we had been told this before we began!
