Seriously...are you? I have bought a lot of Software from Office Depot and have had no issue with it being fake or not being legit. I've never heard of ANYTHING so stupid.

I highly doubt that any of the software we sell at Office Depot is "fake". If we sold fake copies of Windows/Office/anything else, I can promise you that we would have crowds of people beating down our doors demanding refunds.
This just sounds like a disgruntled customer to me. If your local Office Depot didn't want to give you a refund, there's probably a good reason. Our return policy on software is 14 days, unopened only. If the software has been opened, we'll exchange it for the exact same item only. After 14 days, the official policy is that we don't accept returns but if it's been fairly recent we usually do it anyways. But only for unopened software. Good luck finding anywhere that sells software that's willing to refund you after you've opened the package.

I am the Director of Consumer products for Panda Security. We sell legitimate products through Office Depot. This claim that Office Depot sells Fake Panda is completely false.

What is the real issue?
If they are selling illegal software do you really think Panda AV would just sit there and do nothing. Nope, they would go after them.
By the way how would Panda know that they are also selling illegal Microsoft programs?
