I used this through the BestBuy trade in program and then realized it was Dealtree. First, my item was valued at $35 and they contacted to tell me it was worth $22 because CD was missing. I could not find a way to reach them for the life of me so all was handled by anonymous email. I told them there was no CD and the software is preinstalled on the phone when you hook it up. After much back and forth for them to understand and figure this out, they said I misrepresented my item which I hadn't. Their options don't give you an opportunity to say software is on the phone, read the manual. Anyway, I said fine, but even so, your trade in says it should be worth $29 so send me that. They agreed, and then sent me $25...RIP OFF by $4. I started contacting them again and kept getting the runaround. They take their rime to respond and when they do it's not an answer but a problem. Multiple times over a period of 2 months I was told "oh yeah, we'll fix it and send you anew one" and nothing arrives so I call them again. By now I had their number but it didn't help. They refuse to escalate their calls to anyone who can help and their supervisor doesn't take calls. What kind of crappy supervisor is that??? Anyway, it's been 3 months of this and I still don't have my $4, and you'd think by now they would have sent me another $29 card. Also, although they had my information, they kept calling me "Mr David Cox" and that is not my name or even close. I had them verify that my stuff wasnot being sent to the wrong person and they said they checked it...i still don't have my stuff. They have the WORST customer service I have ever seen in my life.
