HI , i'm a current coustomer for hardtimehusslin and this is my third shoe ordering from this website but i haven't recevied my third shoe yet. I've only got 1 response form them and that was my shoes is out of stock an for me to pick another. So i follwed the procedure and now my order has been processing since 8-30-05. I just want to get a response about my order i've just recently made. (For those out their reading this hardtimehusslin is a good website.) As you can see it has been over an month for me to recieve my shoes.

Hi Keion, this is Robert Armata, the owner of Hard Time Husslin. I'm sorry you have not received your shoes within 3 weeks but did you contact customer service? Your shoes are probably out of stock... Did you ask for a refund? We would have gladly given you one.
So basically you came on here to say you "don't think" you will get your shoes? Why didn't you contact us for an answer instead of just coming here to post a statement that can be backed with no evidence of my business stealing your money.
You have not even tried once to contact us once to fix the problem. Why don't you just follow directions and contact customer service like it says to do on the website and make the situation a lot easier for the both of us rather than wasting both of our time?
