Bekins moved us from California to Florida.
The estimate was $ 6,773.41,
since our belongings did not fit in the truck,
they decided to move it in two shipment's.
The second truck which was a local truck came at 09:00 PM, finished packing by 01:00 AM.
Bekins deny'sthis could't been a local truck.
We have witnesses.
The first shipment arrived on May 05. 04,second arrived on May 14. 04, with some items missing.
So they charged us $ 5.345.30 for the first shipment which we all ready paid by credit card and 3,375.93 for the second shipment, which we refuse to pay, but the merchant Bekins doesn't even return the phonecalls.
That's way over the amount of the estimate.
Also on the bill was a charge for $ 1,153.92
for gasoline.
We are willing to pay the different of $1,744.47.
Pleas help us to solve this, we belive this is the biggest Ripoff.
If Bekins under estimate that's not our fault.
Can you do anything about this?
Thank you Kindly,
Sincerely.
