Purchased a product from TJM back on 1-07-09. I received an e-mail stating that my order(yhst-36727664408135-1588) would ship within the next 24 hours. As far as I can tell it never did. I've since written them 3 times, asking for an explanation, and have not heard back.....until today when I received this automated response
"Hello! Due to the delays in filling our orders and problems setting our server to recieve orders, we are in the process of issuing credits as well as sending out products as fast as we can. We will update you as soon as possible. Thank you!."
This is not going to cut it.
