NOTICE: Our policy is to never remove reports, rebuttals or updates. Please give us the name of the company or individual reported, why you want it removed, if they made things right with you, if they will make things right with you only if you remove the report and/or if they are threating or harrassing you.
NOTICE: Our policy is to never edit reports, rebuttals or updates. However we make exceptions for critically sensitive information. This includes bank account information and social security numbers. Please fill out the form below and provide the report number and e-mail address of the account used to file the report.
If you are contacting us regarding a missing report, rebuttal or update , please keep in mind that it may be at least a few hours before it's reviewed and activated to appear online. If your report still does not appear or you can't find it please provide the e-mail address of the account you used to file and the approximate date and time you filed.
If you have not received your password for a new account , please ensure you have waited a full 10 minutes or more and be certain you have checked your spam filter. Missing account passwords are typically caused by spam filters and by internet providers that block our e-mail.
