Diet ZX on TV is false advertising and is a rip-off

I order back in 10-10-01 no order yet!call again
to many times no order.just want my $83.45 back.
It's ashame Diet Zx is ripping people off.i called
there 1-800 NO RESPONSE at all,I spoke to a sale rep. on 3-14-02 still no product. somebody help!

I cannot give you my name because I am an employee of this company.

If want to call the 800#, call on thursday and friday. The call center is open until 5pm Pacific Time. There is always someone there until 5pm.

If you talk to Emelina or Claudia (Call Center Mgrs.) they will just listen to what you have to say and not help you. I work in the call center and they do that all the time. If the customer service rep. tells you that they have to take your # down and Eme or Claudia will call you back, forget about it. The next time that you call, they will tell you that they have a "call list" and your name wasn't on the list and that's why a call wasn't returned to you.

You can call 818-955-5068 (It's Maria Rodrigues's office #. She's the Market supervisor for the call center. If for some reason, the # is changed, call information to Genesis Intermedia Inc. in Van Nuys (pronounced Nies like Dies), California. If you call information and get the # from there, a receptionist named Cheryl will answer the phone. She is a hard one to get by, but if you are extremly nice to her and specifically ask for Maria Rodrigues and sort of sound professional, she will let you through. If you get to Maria's voicemail, leave a message for her just to call you back regarding one of the 800#'s that is listed on the television screen and that All the calls are going to your business. They are worried about losing calls (I mean money).

I tried to access our website, but for some reason the address is no longer valid. This place is no place to get products or to be employed at. They fired a nice customer service rep. because she had too many doctors appts. (she had 2 seisure episodes in one week). I hope that this helps you.

I seen the offer on T.V and I order it to and all so got 55.60 put on my Credit Card too. I call them and they told me to send back 6 of the bottles I got and I did they sent the money back to my card and I keeped the 2 bottles and tryed it. I lost 35 pounds.

I was at 165 and the Dr. told me that I had to lose at lest 50 because of my lift hip. Now I try and get more of Diet-ZX and I am told that I got to come to the net to get it. this I don't like cause of all the things that is going on the net.

After they sent back the money as far as I know it came to 6.50 for S.H. I call to get more of Diet-ZX and I was told that the only way they can sale is the night time only and by 8 bottles no less. Now I tink it god it help me loss 35 pounds and I need to loss more so I can mybe get better.

I am so far been able to keep it off so far and I have 3 friends that would love to try it. Now the price is to high on this and it can come down.As for it being a RIP OFF no I don't think it is or no one tryed to I don't think but it can be worked out so low income peple and the big peple can got some of this. If you wish call me and I will talk to you. The best time to call me is between 8:am an 9:am so you can get me.

They ended up charging me the 55.60 twice, I finally got a live person on the phone, and all my money was returned.
