I have also been scammed by Nicholas Springer. Nicholas Springer "sold" me four Chicago Bears tickets in section 141, row 8 for $135/ticket (He has postings on Craig's List). I sent him a moneygram. We exhanged a UPS tracking number for the tickets for the reference number for the moneygram.
He has an account with UPS, so he was able to provide me with a real tracking number, but he did not give UPS the package to ship! I realized I was scammed by him and demanded my money back. I went around and around with him for a week. I filed a police report, filed a report with moneygram, contacted UPS, and filed a report with the Internet Fraud Complaints Center. I hope he gets caught!
