If you are interested in protecting your assets, stay
clear of using this company in any real estate transaction. Two of their former employees, Bill Thomas(title officer) and Kim McCreight (escrow officer)were running a scam that involved hiding a $385,000 lien (against my name) from me and my brothers during the sale of property we had inherited.

The way they did this was simple. Instead of notifying us of this lien when it was first discovered, they waited until only hours before the closing to contact me by phone and ask what I knew of this lien. I told them I was unaware of it. Instead of pulling the recording, which would have prevented the closing, the escrow was closed the next day. It had been a two month
escrow.

The proceeds I was to receive were $238,000--far below the judgment total--$385,000. Any evidence of a lien search (other than the one done at the last minute) of my name and my brothers' names is missing from their files.

It's obvious that the creditor attorney that controlled this lien was involved in this scam. He waited until the escrow closed to write in a demand letter for all my proceeds.

Kim McCreight covered it up by writing up phony escrow
instructions after the fact, and back dating them with a red stamp next to my signature, to make it appear as if I had approved of these conditions at the close of escrow.
