I think he takes advantage of people. I am trying to help my mother organize her paper work because she is getting older and it took him over a month to just send out copies of what he had on file for her. We left several messages for him to return our call and never would until I threatened to call the bar association and then just for him to send her the papers it cost her $150.00 and the papers are not even correct. He charges her outragious amounts for doing nothing. I have to call him again to get corrected papers and I am curious to see how long this will take. But this time I won't threaten to call the bar association I willlll call the bar association.
I hope he sees this since he won't ever call in person I guess this is the only way to let him and every body else know that he is not very good at his job. Once again I called him every day for about a week and only got voicemail. I left a message every time and never received a phone call so I started to e-mail him and attached codes of conduct from the bar association website because he was not being professional. He didn't answer these either even though I know he got them because I got the receipt for my e-mail company. So I started calling again and actually talked to a person two days in a row and still never got a call back so once again I started calling everyday.
Then one day( after 4 months of me calling off and on) he left a message on my moms VM and said he never wanted to talk to me or see me and told her he was no longer her lawyer. He was very angry.(Ha! he was mad at me because he couldn't do his job right. I also asked for a breakdown of charges and services he performed for my mom and he won't even send that. Something isn't right.) I told my mom not to worry that I will do the work myself and for my mom not to pay the bill he sent because he did not do what he was supposed to and I had to fix his screw up myself.
My mom is afraid he will try to sue her over the money she owes him and I said if he tries I will contact the bar association and turn him in. I have kept records of every phone call and e-mail I have sent him and we still have his nasty voice mail message. What ever you do do not go to him if you need anything done quickly or done correctly. You will end up paying him a small fortune for things he doesn't do right in the first place. If you do decide to go with him Good Luck!!!
It is several months after I have had to deal with this so called attorney and he is still creating problems with the crappy way he wrote out my moms trust. I took it in to get the deed of her house put in the trust name and the attorney that looked at it said it was not done correctly and he couldn't make any sense of it. After he looked at for a while he decided he could still put the deed in my moms trust. Well guess that he is just as ignorant as TED he ended up putting the deed in mine and my husbands name instead of her trust. So of course because nobody can make sense of anything it has created more headaches and the other attorney RANDALL WORTH Of Columbus Title won't fix what he screwed up either. It's the same thing as TED he won't admit he screwed up and won't answer my phone calls because of this My husband and I are responsible for the taxes for the house and my mom lost her homestead status.
Doesn't anybody know how to do anything right anymore and if they don't why can't they man up and admit they messed up. So you will be seeing another report for him on here.
