MY WIFE RECEIVED A FAX AT HER WORK PLACE SOVEREIGN BANK, ASBURY PARK, NEW JERSEY. It just states you can go to orlando for $99--- but it goes to 296.98 right when you call--then if you dont buy it on that call they say they are running out the vacations--complete lie - they don't accept Credit Card only cheque over the phone - It should have raised a red flag but I don't know how fell into the trap, maybe because my wife received the fax at her work place.
After struggling on the phone for several hours I finally got thru some supervisor named Mary Johnson X 0101 who promised me and my wife that the Refund cheque was processed on April 7, 2004 and that I should be getting the cheque in the mail in 3-4 weeks. It's been more than 5 weeks but I haven't received anything yet. I wish I'd done some background check on the company before paying $296.98 to them over the Phone.
I've been trying to get in touch with Vacation Showroom Customer Service Tel No. 407-323-4821 for past one week or so and I spend several hours every day trying to get thru them but with no luck but I am not going to give up. I will take this company to the court if they don't return my hard earned money. I don't know how do companies like these can even exist in US.
This company is nothing but a company run by bunch of thugs who steal money from hard working Americans like myself.
