American Travel and Management of Dyer Indiana is extending the MVI rip-off to Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Francine Bauer a "VP" of American Management and Travel was in Rockford Illinois selling the Platinum Membership in Grand Getawys Vacation Travel Club. MVI is the parent of Grand Getaways so the MVI rip-off continues.
All the paperwork (if you are suckers like we were) that you sign to become members has various addresses. Francine is slick. We got suckered by her calling and giving us a great airfare for a RT we knew the price of (I doubt if she would have - it was her luck).
Researching the net and their web-site, since all I could get into without a membership number was their "By-Laws". Well the by-laws mentioned MVI and that's how I got here and you probably know the rest! A call was made immediately to my bank to stop payment on the check (I probably am one of the luckier ones). If it sounds too good - it IS too good - or BAD in this case!
