Vacation Club By Cheap Trip Asked for refund on club, won't talk to me or send back my money Cherry Hill New Jersey

I was contacted by this company over the phone. I bought into the company. After receiving the package I saw it was not what they told me it would be. I telephoned them and they told me to send the package back and upon reciept of the package I would be refunded my money.
They received my package on July 31, 2008 and still will not give me back my money. They also charged more to my credit card than they said would be charged. When I first started calling I was told that it would take 10-15 business days to get back my money. Because I still have not recieved my money they would tell me that my 10-15 days had to start over at the beginning of my new complaint. The supervisor is never in to talk to you and they always say that he will call you back.
On 11-5-08 I telephoned them 5 times and was always told the same thing, that the supervisor was on the phone and he would call me back. I told them that he never called me back and I want my money.
I don't know what else to do to get back my money.
