Joseph,
Since you submitted your complaint in 2003, I dont see that you can ever be companonsated,
you waited too long.
You should have filed with the labor board.
Core Carrierss sold out to N.F.I. in 2005.
You can bet N.F.I. did not carry the nagatives in the deal.

Apparently money has no meaning for you, driver! You don't have time to read your settlement info?
Take it with you when you go into the truckstop and sit on the toilet! How are they "hiding" lumper fees? Any time you lump, make a notation on your log sheet so that you know on what load the fees should be applied. What is the pay per mile of that load? Do you know in advance?
Mark that down, too and again check your settlement info. If your compensation on that load is just for the miles, then they forgot the lumper fee. You can then call whoever you need to call to get it straightened out. Keep records, check out your settlement. Trust me, you're not THAT busy!
Of course if money means nothing to you, then send me a check! By the way, Core is now owned by NFI.
