Enhanced Services Billing - Platinum Benefit Group - PBG Benefits - USA VoiceMail - Q Interactive ripoff cramming conspiracy to defraud consumers Clearwater Florida

A service charge was included on my telephone bill for voice mail services that I did not order or receive. The service charge on my Verizon phone bill came from Enhanced Services Billing Inc. (a corporation of the State of Delaware) and was $13.34. When I called ESBI, my call was automatically routed to Platinum Business Group (AKA PB Benefits or PBG Benefits)(a coporation of the State of Florida). I talked to Dorothy Tate who told me that someone had clicked on an ad for $1000 worth of grocery coupons. I found that ad was on the CoolSavings.com internet site (AKA Q Interactive in Chicogo). That is when I found the name USA VoiceMail. I believe that ESBI and USA VoiceMail are "shell" companies and do not provide real services. CoolSavings knows and/or should know that they and the other companies discussed here are commiting fraud upon consumers by charging them for services are not provided. And this conspiracy is a form of wire fraud because the telephone lines are being used to take people's money and steal intentifying information.
