After 3 days waiting (4-5 hr blocks) for a service technician to come and repair my A/C unit that IS covered under my home warranty,and spending $ 55 for the first consultation fee, I have no service done to the A/C unit. The first time after the long wait, no one shows up and they ask to reschedule the appointment. The next time around the first guys shows up and you can guess it-- it's not his problem, he says it's an electrical issue and I have my issues is reschedule for a different day to be handled by a technician. So finally the electrician shows up and he spend 1 min looking at the electrical panel and he says that the breaker needed is a 40amp not a 30amp and that he needs approval from the home warranty people to get things done AND he can't do it today we would have to reschedule to another day when the home warranty schedules it. He also informs me that he was in touch with the home warranty folks and they would call me in 10 min to let me know of the status of my claim. I waited ALL day from 1:15pm and no calls came in. I finally called them the following day and they told me -- YOU GUESSED it, THEY DON'T COVER THAT!!! so I'm out of $ 55 for a service call and back to where I begun. My A/C unit is still not working and I have paid an ANNUAL fee for home warranty!! WHAT A BUNCH OF THIEVES!
