First American Home Warranty Takes money but never pays claims Van Nuys California

I have paid this company premiums for over a year now for home warranty service. I have tried to file two claims, the first was for service on my air conditioner, they sent a service man out who imformed me that what was wrong with my unit was not covered under the warranty. I pulled out my policy and showed him that it stated the part that needed cleaned was covered, but they still refused to pay.

This morning I had pipe going from my well to the house break, (I pay extra to have well coverage), I called to file a claim to have the pipe repaired and they informed me that since it was outside the main foundation, (my house does not have a concrete foundation), it would not be covered under my policy.

I have paid this company at least 700.00 in premiums over the past year and they refuse to pay for anything. I feel that these home warranty companies are all a scam, they take your money and never want to pay anything out.
