SiteSell.com gives a false impression that developing your own profit building nich or web business is simple easy and affordable. Affordable maybe $299.00 for a gamit of information that seems to ovewelm you until you just don't know where to start.

Subscribing to this plan I thought "Wow this is great!" I'll also get support and all the help I need to build a fantastic WEB page that will be engineered to generate income. The first instructions I got was to download a thick 200+ plus page step by step book. This was intitled the site manager. It contains many steps to getting to the start. A promise to do this in 10 days. Not!

I visited the forums that had a lot of complaining customers in it. They were complaining how things just was not working for their sites or their site building efforts. For the price I thought scepticism then push that thought aside again and again.

My first encounter with a continuous problem is when I tried to utilized the Brain Storm utility. The program, Site Sell promised would help narrow down our search for a nich and produce a word list that would help in setting up a web page that would defintely get (Major Search Hits). This Brain Storm utility never worked for me. The company gave me a patch to unstick my bainstorm. Every time you ran the program (Brainstorm it) I would have to wait 7 days before I coulkd run it again. Seems like something to burn up your time being that we only have 30 days to try this before a full refund can be given.

I requested a refund after attempting to build a web site and failing. Ken Envoy promised simplicity. There is a intellectual level of computer literacy you must have or you will be domed. I'm a computer science major in college and could not understand this program (Site built it!)

Ok so the final rip. I ask for a refund of 299.00. The response I got is that it will be prorated based on the period of time I used it. I used it approximately 3 months. Well I'm thinking ok I'll probably get most of that money back. Well get this, they send me a email that states I will get x amount of dollars but the refund is in Canadian. Below is the actual email reference the refund. This was never explained in any documentation. Read Below:

Date of refund request: Aug 6/05
Difference between purchase date
and refund request date: 122 days (does not include date of request)

Your refund is calculated on 365 days:

365-122 = 254/365 = .6959 x $365.30 = $254.21 Amount refunded.

You'll note that the amount is quoted in Canadian dollars
(CAD). When the Accounting team processed the refund, they did so in Canadian dollars (which was also the currency used when you purchased). SiteSell is a Canadian company, as such we need to transact in Canadian currency.

Your refund credit is the Canadian dollar equivalent of the American dollar price.

Due to fluctuating currency exchanges (of which we have no control), the converted amount will not be exactly the same. All transactions, charges, credits and refunds are processed by your bank using the currency exchange rate for that particular day.

If you were still expecting a different credit amount,
please remember the SiteSell Guarantee. You have a 30 day
trial period in which you can ask for a 100% refund of your money, if you are not satisfied with the product.

I just wonder how many times thay actually do this yearly. I just think they should have bee up front with this.
