We spent $795.80 plus $245.00 alteration fees for a beautiful gown that was given to us in a garment bag wrinkled on a hanger.
The top part of the dress was on the bottom of the bag not hung.
A phone call was made about this to the owner Jinny. Her
calls were screened by an employee who would not let us speak to her. Their reply was that we should take it to a professional cleaner to have it pressed.
We explained that a national chain David's Bridal presents the finished gowns pressed on a form to keep it wrinkle free.
The employee said, "maybe you should have bought your gown
from David's." We protested a bit more. In her next sentence she said, "NEXT time you should go there."
