BoxCar Store - Boxcar Development rip me off by not paying me for my services Atlanta Georgia

I worked for jerry along with three other Co-workers. I was Director of construction I work with the contactors, and Architects to develop drawings and have contactor bid on the drawings. I didn't know until later that jerry used the money from the contactor payment to in turn pay us. Jerry never intended to build any stores. When i was catching on to him scam he release me, and said the investor would send the money to him and he would in turn send me my check. I never receive that check I kept on him about it and he wrote me a check, and put a stop payment on the check the same day.

I called and told him about the check was no good, and I had a two thousand dollar house note that need to be paid he had his girl friend to meet me at the bank a give me a cashier check for a potion of my check and never paid the rest I took him to small claims court and I file under Boxcar Store, Boxcar Development Pan America Food and Jerry Hoffman. Jerry told the Judge that he was the President and he answer to Inventor that pay the salary I told the judge that Jerry didn't have any inventor and the judge ruled in my favor under Boxcar Stores But not under Jerry Hoffman. I'm still trying to get My Money.
