I SAW AN AN ONLINE ABOUT BUYING FACEBOOK FANS FROM THIS COMPANY AND WHEN I WENT TO THEIR WEB SITE IT SAID THAT THEY WOULD GET YOU A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF FANS/FOLLOWERS THAT WOULD BE INTERESTED IN YOUR PRODUCTS. I PAID THE MONEY, GOT A FOLLOW UP E-MAIL SAYING THAT THEY WILL START WORKING ON MY "CAMPAIGN" IN ABOUT THREE DAYS. WHEN I WOKE UP THE NEXT MORNING I NOTICED THAT I HAD GAINED ALMOST 300 FANS/FOLLOWERS I WAS VERY EXCITED. BY THE END OF THE DAY I HAD ABOUT 600. WHEN I FINALLY TOOK A LOOK AT WHO WAS FOLLOWING THEY ALL LOOKED LIKE UNDER AGE KIDS FROM EITHER ASIA OR SOUTH AMERICA. THESE WERE COMPLETLY USELESS TO ME SO I SENT THEM AN E-MAIL AND TOLD THEM TO STOP THEIR SO CALL "CAMPAIGN" AS THESE PEOPLE ARE OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND COULDN'T EVEN BUY MY PRODUCTS ANY WAY BECAUSE I SELL IN THE US. NO ONE RESPONDED TO MY E-MAIL AND THE MADNESS CONTINUED.
I PAID FOR THE PROGRAM THAT WOULD SEND 1000 FANS/FOLLOWERS AND MY THE 2ND DAY I HAD WAY OVER 1300 USELESS FOREIGN KIDS ON MY PAGE AND I'VE SENT 3 E-MAILS AND STILL NO RESPONSE...

The facebook package you purchased at the time was for un-targeted facebook fans. As your fan page was targeted towards South East Asian women it was only natural that you would receive fans from this region.
As mentioned to you prior to the campaign we are unable to target fans specifically by age and gender- which you were happy to continue on with.
After we had acquired your fans we even provided you with a full refund on the purchase price yet you have still posted a negative response here even after providing this refund and the offer of targeting USA fans for your page.

This is a complete lie. No refund was ever offered nor did I get one. In fact, I would gladly take my money back as I had to sit for hours deleting the kids from my page. Either you are just blantantly lieing or you have me confused with another unhappy customer. I NEVER GOT OR WAS OFFERED A REFUND. Which I will gladly accept anytime you which to return!!!!!! Also, why did it take you seven months to come up with this lie anyway?

If you can please email us through your fan page URL or the PayPal email address used for your purchase I will look into the issue for you and provide you with a full refund if we haven't already.
