I ordered the prduct , and it did not work.
So i sent it back for a refund. And they sent me a thing saying they would give me some other pills instead . i dont want other pills . I want my account credited.

How to obtain your refund

The LipoBan Clinic regularly issues refunds. However like any establishment, there is some information needed to process a refund.

"That piece of paper" the customer is referring to above simply asks the customer if they want their refund or would they like to try any of our other products. If the customer responded to us requesting their refund, and if the requirements are met, the refund will be issued.

The requirements for obtaining a refund are: return any and all used and unused product, provide proof of payment (copy of cancelled check or credit card statement) and correct mailing address. If the customer provided this information, the refund is promptly refunded.

Many customers complain about not receiving refunds but decline sending the required information. We cannot issue checks at random to individuals without documentation. Just as you cannot obtain a refund from Macy's without your receipt and returning the product.

If we did not follow this proceedure, we would be bilked out of thousands of dollars annually. As a note, we regularly receive bad checks, credit cards and requests for fradulent refunds.

We intend on satisfying each customer, but we must do so by practicing smart business proceedures.

If the dissatisfied customer will call our customer service line at 561 995 0889 and speak with an agent, the problem can be easily resolved.
