In the year 2000 Suzanne De Vivo, Herodotus, Travis left her 8 year old son that she had fought for in court which she had Primary custody of and moved out of state. Quitting a job that she had full coverage Health insurance. The boy was left with his natural father and didn't see his mother for another 5 years.
She became pregnant prior to quitting this job. She applied for COBRA, knowing she would not qualify due to her job was helping teachers get quality health care, she knew she could not leave the Colorado Springs area and maintain health coverage.
Ulimately she gave birth to a little girl named Madison D. Travis. Madison was allow no Prenatal care at all. Madison's gestation was 9 months 2 weeks and 2 1/2 days. On the Pre delivery addimission sheet, the admitting nurse asked "whay didn't you have prenatal care" this mothers answer (word for word) "I didn't feel the need for any".
Madison was born with severe Cerbral Palsy. Madison, for 4 years required (according to this mother) a rectal injection of diazepam, Valium. This was used to quiet Madison down. She convinced me that the Dr's. s\messed up and we should sue them. It all turned out, VIA attorney's it was this mother fault what caused Madison's handicap and ulamintly death at 7 years of age. She never did speak, walk or even hold a cup.
2007 Arizona Child Protection Services made final the adoption that removed this mother fully from being the care giver of Madison. Madison was diagnosed in 2006 with undernurishment, malnutrition and severe dehydration in the first 30 days of being in a foster home. I went to CPS on my own in 2006 to find out what can be done for Madison. Her needs were beyond any households ability to care for her.
Madison died of organ failure. Her body was too weak to recover from being under fed. I have pictures of Madison and her little brother, that show how skinny they were in her care. This mother is OBESE, and under feeds her children. She treats herself for allergies, but not her own son.
Since, Suzanne has removed a second child from the marriage, this makes three children, one she abandonded, second she would not allow prenatal care, and now my son. This is the type of woman that any man would fear to have custody of their child.
He suffers from allergies and cannot take some medications, one is Amoxicillin. On 04-20-09 she took my son to Mountain View Pediatrics, Flagstaff, AZ.. They prescribed Amoxicillin, 04-21-09 he was removed from school due to vomitting. This mother knew about the allergic reaction from a year ealier and as my son was a toddler.
To this date her issue is child support. Mine is my sons health. This mother works for Southwest Windpower in Flagstaff, Arizona. SWWP helper her in this divorce and custody case.
She has helped and allowed Mountain View Pediatrics of Flagstaff, Arizona to poison my son. She allow Madison to shorty live a life that she never knew existed. She abandons her first born son after meeting a man and knowing him for 6 months. She balmes this man for all that has happened to her first son and to Madison. She walked away from a child, health insurance and now harms a 6 year old boy.
Our country supports women like this. I pay for my sons medicine for allergies, clothing, food. I will never pay this mother to harm my son. She took my daughter away from me by not giving her health care. What is next, my son?
