Canon Capital 50% higher bill with little explanation and no documantation. Souderton Pennsylvania

This is an accounting firm that seemingly can not provide any accounting. We had them perform our small business taxes 2 years with no complaints. They were neither fast nor inexpensive but they eventually got the work done. The third year we provided the same information in the same condition and the bill increased 50%. Their excuse after the fact was that their rates went up. Had anyone stated ahead of time that their rates would go from high to obscenely high I would have gone elsewhere. We sincerely thought a mistake on their part had been made and when we inquired about the descrepency we were repeatedly ignored.

With no answers forthcoming and several late bills with additional fees attached we eventually paid the outstanding amount and promised to let as many people as possible know about the shabby service and total lack of caring.
