Listen, i am writing this so hopefully another person will not make the same mistakes i did and that first big mistake was to hire Harris Brooks!! He is a lousy, lying,  lazy, what he calls an accountant, who does not care about his clients and will dig a hole himself and bury you in debt he created in your name. Over a few years he lied about filing ALL my Income Tax Returns, and we were led to believe every year that they were Filed!! The P & I from that was astronomical! He totally screwed up my business by again lying about work he did on payrolls, which again has cost me thousands and a threat from the IRS to put a lein on my home!!! Another Accountant has charged me thousands to re-create records Harris Brooks refused to return to me and fix the many mistakes that he did.He oviously and purposely maliciosly intended to destroy my life. Keep Away, Find another who is reputable!!! OR YOU TOO WILL BE SORRY
