I am sorry I'm just now seeing your message (I found out about this forum only today.)

Can you please call us asap at our 800 toll-free line?
You might have been the victim of identity theft.

I do see an account opened in your name on July 14 at 3:11 PM.
This account was opened with your yahoo email address, your address in MS and a 601 phone number (I can give you the specifics when you call, don't want to violate privacy here.)

Whoever started this account used your credit card.

This account was apparently used until August 24, 2008 at 2:53PM.
It was canceled shortly thereafter.

I see here that you emailed to dispute the charges (from the same yahoo email account used for joining) on August 24 at night. I also see in the account notes that one of our Customer Service Representatives (Jack) urged you to get in touch with him and provided you with our Toll-Free Hotline as he wanted to help you resolve this matter.
That's the last entry in your account.

Did you ever call our 800 line? If not, please do so.
