JR LUPO CPA Worked there 3 days 12/13 to 12/15/11 and in those three days was verbally bullied and ridiculed, had to do work over and over for him because it was never right even after following his directions an Verona, New Jersey

On December 9th I had a meeting off site with JR Lupo CPA of Verona, NJ where he offered me a freelance to full time position working in his company as his full charge bookkeeper. When I started the following Tuesday 12/13/11 I was thrown into the job without any information and his other bookkeeper whom I was replacing was out of the office until that Thursday so I had no notes to follow and did not know anything about what he wanted. 

Mr. Lupo was not communicative and forced me to redo the work 5-10 times until he thought I got it right. I worked on exactly 2 clients - one client more than the other but I had little direction and was forced to defend myself verbally by him as he ridiculed my bookkeeping skills handing me a "t square" and "graph paper". 

I found out later Mr. Lupo has less than a stellar reputation among other Accountants and CPA and I felt inclined to leave his employment on that Thursday 12/15/11 after he promised to pay me the $600 he owed me. 

I have since been trying to collect and he keeps telling me he'll call me and tell me when the check is available WHEN and IF his CLIENT (the client I worked on for those 3 days) PAYS HIM. This was never our agreement and I am troubled by his nastiness and inappropriate and immoral behavior. That is why I am reporting him to RIP OFF because he is not a man of his word and I think his clients should know that. 

CAUCUS EDUCATIONAL CENTER of NJ is one of his clients and so is AERO AMBULANCE is the other that I worked on. He has several others but I never got to see them as he kept me busy and scared for most of the 3 days with his bullying of me.  People like him must be stopped from working with the public. He is a terrible excuse for a human being and a Christian - this is the same week as Christmas and he's stiffed me for $600 dollars!
