Adoption Advantage Took 'Advantage' of Clients Little Rock Arkansas

This agency is scheduled for a hearing with the state of Arkansas Licensing Board on Tuesday, March 24. The hopeful result is the agency gets their license revoked.

There are several signed clients that have lost several thousand dollars and lots of hope toward fulfilling their dreams of having a family.

The owner Ed Webb has used Adoption Advantage as a front to make money and exploit people by making promises he knew he wasn't going to keep. We have been signed clients since July 2007. We have not received direct specific communication from the agency since July 2008.

We have sent e-mail inquiries, left voice messages and sent requests for our questions to be answered to several different people who have worked there. No one answers the phones or replies to e-mails. The last reply we received was on Friday, January 30. It was the owner, Ed Webb telling us that he was going to review our file and get back to us with specific updates by close of business. We still have not received any information.

The turnover at the agency has been horendous. When they were answering the phone, there was always someone different on the other end and they could never give specifics about how many people they had signed up, where on the list we were or even how many birthmothers they had signed with the agency.

This agency deserves to be out of business and the owner in jail.
