This company/man is using bait and switch tactics. He leads you to believe he has access to wonderful children and that is not the case.

After delaying us for a almost a year, we arrived overseas to find out that our referral of a 14 month old Russian boy was not available. He sent us to 2 different regions of Kazakhstan only to find out that there were no babies available for us to adopt.

We spent a year of our lives trying to adopt only to fly overseas and come home without a child. We are out about 8 thousand dollars, and we have an empty nursery. Not to mention the broken hearts.

Orson Mozes has had a lot of controversy surrounding him for many years, lets hope we can do something about the horrible business he runs and the terrible things he does to his clients.

Dawn was never a client of Orson Mozes or Adoption International Program

This women Dawn was never a client of ours. If she was; she would have come home with a child. We have many children in foreign countries and all clients who are willing come home with children. It is always possible that a client arrive abroad and in rare instances the child not be availble. If that happened we can always help them find another child. First, I want to state that the Dawn J. from Michigan is a real person and she WAS a client of AIP. Next, I would like to make sure victims of this agency know that there is a civil lawsuit underway and they can participate if they are interested. So far, fifteen families have expressed interest in this litigation.
