CPS received a referral from the child's father which was a false allegation. They went and got a court order to remove the child without looking for family first. They had plenty of access to family members. I am a family member that took CPS and CASA to court on July 5, 2006 and actually won my case. Well the very caseworker's supervisor is the one I took to court. She is on the case again. I made a call to the executive director letting her know that in all fairness she should remove herself from this case because it would be totally bias and conflicting to go up against a caseworker that a lost a case 3 years ago. That woman is looking for revenge. We go to court tomorrow.

I have wrote the Judge explaining this and my niece will let the attorney know. She should have stepped down immediately when she recognized the name. CPS tells all kinds of lies. I know ways of filing reports against them. It is the Rainier Office that has the most problems. When my niece was in Bellevue, they really believe in keeping the child with the parent or family members. The Rainier Office wants to turn the children over to complete strangers without seeking family first. It is very ironic how there caseworkers work. I had to prove them wrong. Thanks to the Judge looking at all the facts, he ruled in my favor. We have a case going now that I am trying to help my niece with. Please contact me. I have a load of information on them.
