George anthony,his daughter cassendra and the rest of the scumbags from a and a construction have been ripping off investors and subcontractors in many different states he got me in md as well as many real estate investors I know he has also been seen in philly and now texas.
If you are a investor and he approaches you just stay away any police reading this please be advised my laywers are trying to serve him court papers in md but they cannot find him I understand he is somewhere in texas at the time of this post so please keep an eye out for him
He takes deposits to do rehab work then runs off with the deposit he tells contractors to finance the first phase of construction for him and when he gets a draw from the bank he is suppose to pay the contractor but it never happens he just hires someone else to pick up where the last contractor left off.
