This is a nursing home that puts on a responsible and safe appearance to the outside world. But in fact they are completely self serving and unscrupulous creatures. They repeatedly demonstrate their total lack of caring and concern for the patients in their 'care' in several ways- only a few to be mentioned but you'll get the idea real fast:

1) They let their patients sit and wait after help being summoned via the room 'call' button (sometimes resulting in the person laying around in their own excrement) for times as long as 25 minutes.

2) They have let patients go without food or water

3) They violate the rights of patients by unlawfully restraining/restricting them to or in their rooms (and not necessarily by physical means- psychologically as well)

4) They violate the rights and confidential information of their clients

5) They perform medical procedures without consultation of the patients' family members first or notification

6) They show indifference to complaints (legitimate) by family members

The list goes on and on. I have tried to get the proper authorities involved but San Bernardino County officials are so far from professional (let alone HUMAN) that it is impossible to get assistance.

If you LOVE your elder one- DO NOT PLACE THEM IN THIS FACILITY.
