I joined this health club to lose some lbs. Signed up paid my money of what came out to $87. Day one came to the gym and met my trainer for an 1hr free. Half way in the hr trainer wants to see my fitness level.

At the end I was doing abs and felt my lower back go out. I told him that I can't do this he said don't worry you can go on. After I had hard time standing up we walk over to the table and sat down. We talk for 5 minutes and he then had me sign the paper work of all liability.

I can't walk I need to see a Chiropractor. I have told them that I need to see one they said that they are in the clear. I got hurt before I signed that paper
and felt I had to sign it with a 300lb trainer by my side.

Power of Fitness cares very much about each and every member that we have. This is why we give each of our members a complimentary session with a trainer for one hour. This session is to show our new members how to use the equipment in the gym. All of our trainers are individualy contracted and are not as one with the gym. I appologize for anything that may have happen with a trainer and hope you may be able to at least give the gym a second chance. Maybe we can set you up with someone a little more gentle. I am sorry for your experience and can guarantee that it will not happen again. We strive to try to make everybody happy....:)
