Today, the third harrassment report was filed against Debbie DeBourno and Sunrise for employee harrassment.

Again, the corporate people at Sunrise are choosing to ignore it. The Granite Run Sunrise is being run by a Hitler type b**ch that gets what she wants and should bee nothing but terminated.

Employees are being denied unemployment and been forced to quit, any workers comp injuries are being denied, and Ms S**thead Debourno is being protected like shes the gold at the end of the rainbow

LEGAL NOTICE OF SUBPOENA

Please take notice that Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. (“Sunrise”) has initiated an action in the Superior Court of the State of Arizona, in the County of Maricopa, Case No. CV 2009-018425 (the “Arizona Action”). In the Arizona Action, Sunrise seeks to subpoena Xcentric Ventures LLC for your contact and identifying information and served such a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures LLC on June 22, 2009. The subpoena response is due July 24, 2009.

Sunrise seeks this information in connection with an action pending against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County titled Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. v. Robert Hearn and John and Jane Does 1 Through 5, Civil Action No. 09-4799.
