MArk Ordan is the ring leader in the Sunrise abuse. Sunrise Senior Living abuses, and steals from their residents. Money is often missing from the residents money thats supposed to be kept in the safe. Mark knows whats happening and refuses to do anything about it.

Several harrassment suits have been posted against this company as well, and it seems like Sunrise is no longer the place to bring your loved ones.

The carpets smell like pee, the rooms smell like pee, the workers sleep on the job, and the call bells dont always work. This place is falling apart.

Trust me, as a care manager at Granite Run, I know how it is.

LEGAL NOTICE OF SUBPOENA

SUBMITTED: Tuesday, June 23, 2009

Please take notice that Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. (“Sunrise”) has initiated an action in the Superior Court of the State of Arizona, in the County of Maricopa, Case No. CV 2009-018425 (the “Arizona Action”). In the Arizona Action, Sunrise seeks to subpoena Xcentric Ventures LLC for your contact and identifying information and served such a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures LLC on June 22, 2009. The subpoena response is due July 24, 2009.

Sunrise seeks this information in connection with an action pending against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County titled Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. v. Robert Hearn and John and Jane Does 1 Through 5, Civil Action No. 09-4799.
