On November 30th 2010 I Kelley O'Donnell ordered CNATestCoach's CNA Prep Test package that was to be sent to my email and downloaded to my computer so I could begin studying for my exam. The website said it should be in my email at most an hour after ordering. On Dec 1 2010 I still had not received the link. I sent the contact email

suzanne@cnatestcoach.com on the day I ordered as well as the 1st and 2nd of Dec requesting the link. The site has yet to contact me and the funds have been withdrawn from my account.

In response to the this report we are very sorry you did not receive the utmost care and service from our CNAtestCoach.com site. Due to the growing popularity of the site and our effort to keep it running by volunteer CNAs we have made massive improvements to our contact system as well as the website itself.

To deal with your complaint directly, we did not find an order by your name or dates you indicated. Customers will at times order under different names so we urge you contact us again.

The #1 reason that a link is undelivered is due to customer entering their email incorrectly or not submitting their primary email address. We are currently looking into a way to verify email addresses so this will not happen in the future.
