G.C. Services Limited Partnership Sent wage garnishment sheet claiming original creditor asked them to send it. Columbus, Ohio

My neice is struggling with bills like many folks these days, and has a student loan she needs to make payments on.  Since she has had no job or money, she has told the loan company that when she did become employed she would make payments.

Time ticked by and the loan company apparently handed this collection off to GC Services.  They began calling the house on a regular basis and my neice sent a cease and desist letter to them.  They continued calling, and recently sent a letter stating that the original creditor [loan company] wanted them [GC Services] to send a wage garnishment form to frighten her. 

I am writing them this time, along with a copy of my letter to the original creditor asking why they would have GC Services send a wage garnishment form. 

They do not respect cease and desist communications and try all manner of intimidation.  Debt collection is not an easy job, I get that.  But threatening people on the phone and in the mail is not acceptable.
