I have been loyal to this company for years!!! However, the party is over. I had plans to move to Oregon in the fall of 2011. Everything fell into place right about the time I was to attend a Peak Potential Training (September, 2011) Program. I called to cancel and found I couldn't get my money back. They did however tell me I would have a credit and I could use it later. I was NEVER given a deadline until I called to see about using my credit and they gave me two weeks to use it (in January, 2012)!! I asked to see in writing where I was initially given that very valuable deadline information and "Jennifer"...a rather snotty, unprofessional and angry young girl told me I could speak to "legal" if I wanted to. I simply asked for : a written statement in the contract or a recording where I was told I had to use my credit within a given period of time. She simply referred me to "legal" in a rather haughty tone and I hung up. This company MUST be having problems to create their rules as they go along. So, since I cannot drop everything and attend one of their seminars in two weeks, I am just out $2000.00.
