I had read one of the reports/complaints on Penn Foster Schools written a few years back by a woman who didn't have the phone number to the school. I just called the phone number a few minutes ago and it is still active. The automated-voice does request your student I.D. number before you hear "Penn Foster". I still happened to have my card w/I.D number from when it was Thomson Direct. I wasn't given a new I.D. number with the name change of the school. This report was some time ago-but she might still be making efforts to acquire it. 1-888-427-1000.
