Lloyd,
Thank you for providing us some additional information to help us better understand your issue. We've reviewed your order. It does appear that you purchased one year of access to our Unlimited Access program for $995 on September 25, 2008. As a matter on context, we currently offer two years of access for $1895 with additional features and benefits available to our new customers such as online access.
You have stated that you feel you're entitled to additional years of access despite what your order shows, for which you received a copy, and what we were advertising at the time. Unfortunately we simply have no information that supports your assertion. In fact, we have have provided a link below for you to see the EXACT email that we sent out on September 20, 2008, just 5 short days before you purchased. It clearly advertises exactly what you purchased - one year of access for $995. We sent this email and variations of it out to potential customers for several weeks prior to your purchase.

Now, the silver lining in this situation is that we have a customer that wants to use our software. And we want you to use our software. It's always a good thing when customers want more of the excellent training we provide. That's a good sign that we're doing something right.
To help you continue with your training, our customer service manager has already approved a free year of access for you - a second year. He made you aware of that several days ago via your complaint with the better business bureau. We are trying very hard to make you happy even when every fact we have available to us says we've provided you with everything you were entitled to. Unfortunately, it seems that you responded with additional insults and accusations.
Lloyd, we want to help you reach your goals. But we find it difficult to give you more than another full 12 months of access
FOR FREE. We understand and adhere to the philosophy of "
the customer is always right" and "
the squeaky wheel gets the grease" but we feel we're being very generous with a second year for free. We're trying very hard to be helpful and agreeable with a very belligerent customer.
Without an ability to do more for you in this situation, we will consider this matter closed from our viewpoint. And so I hope you'll agree that we are being both fair and accommodating and accept our free year of service. This free year entitles you to all the same benefits you've enjoyed for the previous 12 months.
Best of luck.
