I have a Sallie Mae loan from 1997 that am trying to payoff. It is now 2009 and in all that time I have only been able to get 3 deferment son this loan and now any help from this company comes at a big price. Any or all payment made to this company either goes unrecorded or goes straight to interest and never to the balance. This company is deceitful in every way and form and their customer services agents are unhelpful and ridiculous.
