Ripoff Report REVIEW:

EDitor’s UPDATE
: Positive rating and recognition has been given to WealthRock for its commitment to excellence in customer service.

Wealth Rock receives a POSITIVE RATING from Ripoff report for its unwavering commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction. WealthRock fulfills its commitments to its students and strives to resolve any complaints or concerns that may arise in a prompt, fair and equitable manner.

WealthRock’s students are its most valuable asset. From the opinions of the Student Advisory Council to the general opinions of all other students, WealthRock values feedback and relies heavily on student surveys and constructive input, which play a major role in the development of policies designed for the improvement of the company and the achievement of its mission.

CEO Aaron Osmond notes that the company is making major investments in the content and quality of its education and delivery systems. “The investments we are making for the benefit of our students, and the growth of our company, are accompanied by typical operational challenges, but we are up to the task. Our students have been a major source of input in our strategic planning and are always our highest priority.” The members of WealthRock’s entire executive team share the same philosophy, which extends throughout the entire organization.

In the event a student feels less than satisfied after dealing with any company department or individual, the issue is escalated to the Student Resolutions department, organized for the sole and exclusive purpose of resolving student concerns. This department, through its leadership, has oversight over all company interactions with its students and is empowered to resolve concerns fairly and efficiently. If you are a student with an unresolved concern, Student Resolutions is a phone call away.

In summary, after our investigation, Ripoff Report is convinced that WealthRock is committed to quality delivery of services resulting in total student satisfaction.

Wealth Rock *** Scam Alert*** - they will prey upon your weakness/greed - they use God and kindness to get you Draper, Utah

I, like a lot of people, am finding it harder and harder to get by in this economy.  That is why this type of scam works so well; when I went to a Financial success summit I was more than eager to buy the snake oil they were selling.  Guess it just proves the old saying that a sucker is born every minute, guess that includes me.

I just wanted to post somewhere to let the buyer beware and hopefull keep someone else from making the biggest mistake of their financial lives and giving this group of con men you hard earned money.  They are selling a dream and giving nothing - some old worn out information that has been around for 30 years and not only that - a lot of it can not even be done anymore because of new banking laws - but they are still putting out the information in the simanar as if it can.

Don't be drugg in by their scam of making tons of money and then giving to charties, it is like a diet pill that works for one person and not for the other 300 people who try it.

It worked for me

AUTHOR: Gary D - Kapolei (United States of America)

I want to say that the report above happens often and I agree with one point, few actually do what they teach but it is not the teachers fault. It seems that all the people who are a success story never tell it and almost never speak up. I do want to say that I was a student of Wealthrock and I started 2.5 years ago in Hawaii and then Las Vegas. I took the same info as the guy in this report and was in the same Financial Success seminar like him. I though, took all the training did it as it was taught, and now am making a great income from my properties.  I own 5 mobile home parks and 4 houses in Little Rock Ar. Over 30+ rentals and many owner finance trailers at returns of 35 -60%. I to thought it to be a scam, when I went to the seminars. But they worked with me trained me, only in the same classes as 54 others in Hawaii. I have far surpassed what they said could happen and I do not just teach real estate I actively invest and raise capital to buy more and more every week. I have bought over 10 properties with more than a few million in worth and all are performing assets or paid me plenty at closing. I now teach for them because I believe, live and do what they taught me in class. I understand that many do not go out and succeed after these classes. I do not think it is the education but the people that do not put the effort forward.

To the one that wrote this report. I am willing to look at what you tried to do in real estate and personally offer to help you for no money get out what you feel you paid for. My name is Gary  D. You can call Wealthrock and ask them to get in touch with me ask for Annie and tell her of this post.  If you are really willing to try, I will help you see where you can get going.

As for others reading this report that has somehow turned into a book, I want you to know that not only do I teach for this company after being trained there but stand behind the quality education I recived there and want to help others across America to see what is there, and do what I learned from them to make a major change in my income and my bottom line. I personally dispel the myths that it can’t be done and won’t work that way. I may not teach for them in the next year or two because My company is growing to fast but just as I was loyal to my college that taught me 20 years ago I am thankful for what I learned here, and will always let everyone know that.  Real estate is a lot like learning to swim. You can read about it, take classes for it, but you will never be successful at it till you jump in the water. So to you reading and to you who wrote the complaint I say by my life, jump in the real estate pool the waters fine and it is a great place to be
