Expedite Marketing; ExpediteE-mail Unauthorized Fraudulant Charges put my business account into a 1,500.00 overdraft status. Ist they charged me 750.00 and presented no work completed. I Made the ultimate mistake in not investigating this expedite Media Group which designes dult web sites which I was in the market for. They said they would show me some work first- before they charged y credit card the agreed upon $750.00 deposit. No work. My card was charged $750.00. Minutes later they charged another 1,500.00 to my business credit card. Unauthorized I might add- in violation of Merchants account business practices and against the law. I call them and tell Nadine Volitic- the secretary , to reverse the 1,500.00 dollars and put it back in my bank account. 4 days later- she says she does not know if anyone did a reversal-and laughed at me. Hey, I got 300 dollars in backcharges because  of your unauthorized misuse of my credit card. This company preys upon the very same people it does work for- adult entertainment-escort services along with other services e-mail marketing, etc. They probably think they can get away with it because we are in the adult entertainment business. The BBB and the Attorney General should have quite a big case already on these unaccountable violators of the free market world. Brian Cramer wrote me in a e-mail and said that I am running an illegal escort operation. Well, mr.cramer, The state after 10 years of paying my taxes and obeying the law-what right do you have in saying that- in fact you are going to get yourself in trouble saying those things because your business is totally reliant on the escort-adult entertainment industry-so I would watch out , and not "Bite the Hand that feeds YOu". It will come to haunt you. We are very much a legitimate-legal service business - if we were not- the local,State, and federal governments would not allow 1. heir Formation.#2. Their existance. #3. Their Operation. Somehow  this company is getting away with it- and we the adult entertainment  industry is getting  "pick off" one by one with no government action to stop this company from these unauthorized charges as well as all the other reported crimes . They have an internet rating of "F"! I hope that all of us victims will form a "posse" and get media coverage to stop this Carnage on the Adult entertainment industry that can you believe-supports his business. It is not funny when they do such unlawfull acts-it wrecked Havoc on my business-and my corporate account. Still No refund and im out $2,250.00! The A.E. Industry boasts a reported 20-t0 50 billion a year in revenue-and we should have rights-we pay taxes-and should not be labeled illegal business-because we are not. Nobody should ever give this company their credit card-ever. Untill we united as a group-nobody will hear our cries for help-im afraid.
