I ordered dvd online once, never subscribed to receive future shipments. Every month they send me another shipment & charge my debit card $27. I did keep the first couple of shipments (I'm not sure why??) but now enough is enough! I called the customer service number given probably 5-6 times, actually got through twice to cancel, at one point the man on the phone said they would close the account however nothing has changed. I refuse the shipments now and have begun process to dispute the charges at my bank before they send any more. These predators need to be stopped!!!
