Incredible Pass I tried to cancel and couldn't online and sent emails an no one responded until I asked for my money back. charged for something I didn't order San Jose California Internet

My husband and I were joning one website for a three day trial and when I got an email the next day showing that our account had been activated and then another account that we didn't even ask for. When I opened the email I noticed it was called Incredible Pass, read it and tried to cancel using the online cancellation that they have and of course I had trouble because it wouldn't let me. I called the phone number and no one ever came to the phone after 15 minutes. So, I sent them an email telling them to cancel the membership, do not charge my credit card and sent me a response telling me it was done. It never happened. I never ordered this membership and I noticed today checking my account online that I was charged $36.04 for membership to this website. I still couldn't get anyone over the phone, so I sent another email message requesting that my money be returned and that I never ordered anything from them and did not authorize them to use my credit card. I was told that my membership was upgraded and that my money could not be returned becasue it was a two day trial even though I tried to cancel using the means they gave me.

It's crazy because they didn't even have the correct username. They gave me a username with a bunch of letters and numbers.

I am very angry about this and I hope they get whatever is coming to them, because you can only do wrong by people for so long, then it comes back to you and bites you in the butt. I really hope we can sue the pants off of them and shut them down.

I have also had bad experiences with adult websites! My credit card always being charged after I tried to cancel. I decided to look into the problem and found Prepaid Cards that give an annonymous name and pin number. I have since begun my business selling these prepaid cards. Look at my personal website that describes everything. This is truely the only way to avoid unwanted charges and frustration.
