I ordered five DVDs on May 18, 2011. Only two were shipped. I have e-mailed customer service (Crystal) and the owner (Doug Steimel) ~20 times and received only 2 responses (thanks for the information and we will ship soon). I also sent two letters US Mail (no response).

My credit card was charged the full amount when the order was placed. After eight

months and my many e-mails / letters the unshipped DVDs, a refund or $31.97 customer

credit has not been sent.

This Must Be Resolved!!!!
