This person did not report the incident with Dusty Rose to TechSupport@southern-charms.com. All the sites are maintain by Southern Charms for individuals. Southern Charms has a zero policy on the Charms selling items and not delivering the items purchased.

The individual on the site sells the items, not Southern Charms. The purchase info is for the person on the site and not for Southern Charms. Southern Charms doesn't get anything from the sales of any items on Dusty Rose's site.

If the person selling the item does not either deliver the items purchased or refund the customer, we remove their site from Southern Charms. If the site is removed we do offer the purchaser memberships to other SC sites to cover the amount he paid to the person on the site that was removed.

SC either recovers the money owed or gets the items purchased to the purchaser in over 95% of the cases where something like this happens. The other 5% gets memberships in the value of the money they paid to the person whose site was removed.

If they do not contact us, we have no way of knowing about the problem since the transaction does not go through Southern Charms.
