Teleteria.com And WebDesignAdult.com Jay Servidio of Teleteria Earns a Living by Suing His Customers Ripoff New Canaan Connecticut

Word must be getting out on the Web about serial Internet crook Jay Servidio of Teleteria and WebDesignAdult. It appears that many of his newbie victims see posts like the ones at ripoffreport.com and back out of chubby con man Servidio's fraudulent contracts. The scoundrel's solution? Sue them in Connecticut small claims court under—get this—an alias! He's “Jay Sercidio” in his lawsuits. Wow! This guy is such a brazen criminal that he sues people with a phony name.

How do we know this? By checking out the Connecticut small claims court's Web site at http://www.jud2.ct.gov/Small_Claims/ and search “Sercidio.” Scumbag Servidio has sued 12 persons for amounts ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. Then he sends threatening letters to the defendants claiming that their credit will be harmed if they don't pay up. Get a load of the following from an email sent by pudgy porn crook to a defendant:

“One more thing, if you don't want to have this judgment against you I will be open to a settlement before the court date. I don't know if you are aware of how bad a judgment will be to your credit. You should know that whether or not you show up you will lose and you will have a court judgment against you and all the negative posts that you can carry with you will not make a bit of difference. Try to bring either a certified check or cash. Regular checks will not be accepted. See you then.”

Later, arrogant sloppy-fat Servidio wrote,

“I see you received the letter from court. You will also receive a demand letter from our attorney. I would be more then happy to work this out without going to court but if you refuse then that's where you will end up.”

Anyone see the irony here? A dyed-in-the-wool serial crook who doesn't pay his employees or his bills is talking about someone else's credit. The only problem is that you can't sue anyone in Connecticut small claims court unless the person is a resident of the state or owns property or a business there. See the following at the court's Web site:

“8. What if the defendant resides out of the state of Connecticut?
• You may file against the out-of-state resident only if he or she owns real or personal property in the state of Connecticut.
• A statement indicating that the out-of-state individual owns property must be included in the claim.”

If an out-of-state person doesn't meet the above criteria, he/she should contact the small claims court clerk, deny the claim, and request that a magistrate dismiss the suit. An additional option is telling sissy bully Jay Servidio (or, “Sercidio,” as the case may be) to shove his lawsuit up his ample rump.

If the defendant is a Connecticut resident, he/she should go to court and advise the judge that the fatboy is doing the following:

Engaging in a fraudulent scheme.
Operating under false pretenses using fraudulent inducement.
Practicing unfair trade and deceptive practices.
Deliberately making false and misleading statements.
Deceiving by knowingly making claims he knew could not possibly be true.
Making false representations and sales predictions.

Go prepared with a selection of posts from across the Internet about bottom-feeder Jay Servidio's crooked turnkey adult Web sites. No judge will enforce a contract based on Servidio-style fraud.
